Don’t you just love how one thing leads to another? Searching for the memeo-matic a couple of weeks ago we found The Cup and Saucer and Winston’s at 30th and Killingsworth:
Wending our way south after breakfast we found the corner of N. Williams & Russell, a corner painted by Charles Heaney in the 1920’s
The building on the right in the painting is gone, but the dome was rescued in 1978 and stands as a gazebo in a nearby park where it’s being repaired:

We’re off home on this first bright daylight savings day.
