And ours began at the beach with a bike ride
Lily Whipple rode her UNICYCLE in the Gleneden Beach parade and won 1st place!!
and after a lovely sunny day and a typical American meal (ribs—yum Mark) corn, pasta salad…down at Jim & Carol’s,
(and Carol’s 4th of July cake)
we ventured out to the crowded beach to watch the fireworks over the bay:
and today the beach was deserted as usual:
Almost the middle of the summer…still some beach fun to come!
