The Fish Dinner

This was a good recipe-rice (or couscous in this case) on the bottom, (then some black beans in this case) then a piece of fish (6 oz. Chinook wild salmon here) then veg (bok choy and scallions here) then some sauce–soy with sesame oil and garlic black bean sauce here. Put in packet, cook at 450 for 20 minutes (or less) and, Voila!! A way to use left overs.

  1. This looks fab. We’ll give it a try. Ironically, we made stuffed trouts this past weekend, with pancetta, fennel, thrown in the oven. Yummy.
