Last night I began to look for the napkins, thinking I’d need to get ironing and–LO and behold I opened the drawer to find a little gift from myself! I remember now that on a snowy day last winter I ironed all the napkins and put them away–like money in the bank. This morning I made the withdrawal and took them all out–ready to go. And tangerines!!! Yum. The holiday season is upon us!

Looking forward to gathering around your table on Thursday, and appreciating (among many things) your foresight with the napkins.
Dropped Mom back to the Manor this morning after a nice stretch of days together in Portland. Hectic at times, but real life for sure.

You ACTUALLY ironed something you didn’t need in 10 minutes?
Lord, I wish I were more like you…yesterday, before setting the Thanksgiving dinner table…I tossed mine in the dryer to “fluff” them up. I figured they’d soon be out of sight on laps.
And they were.
