  1. It’s a plastic house that’s on many street corners in most western towns. It usually holds real estate brochures. I was walking for coffee one day and looked down mid-block and saw it. At that time there was a tiny little brochure inside giving the location of other such “sites”. It changes inside, and there’s pencil and paper there and a slot to drop your “remarks” in. I was just delighted–it’s my favorite aspect of the city–little strange things that are just expressions or ideas–thoughts made visible. Of course we don’t know what exactly they were thinking……but you know. I’ve often looked at the house shaped boxes and thought “hmmmmm…” And somebody else did too!! The purple stuff on the pole is new. Stay tuned.
