I was looking at Cynthia’s blog today and saw her newest, lovely, mostly-white quilt, and thought maybe I’d post something on the quilt I’ve been working on–which is ALMOST finished.
The piece is quilted by hand and, as you can see, involved a lot of straight lines (I used the fabric as a quilting guide). So one of the last sections to be quilted I went a little free-form:

My shameless ego is so flattered to see my name on your blog! I LOVE this quilt, and the meandering red stitching lines are perfect.
