Monday DOES roll around… and this one was a surprise. Just as we were packing up it began to snow great big hanky-sized flakes:
By the time we were ready, it was really sticking:
but we headed out of town:
17 miles of winter wonderland to the top of the coast range:
then down into the valley where a watery sun was trying to shine:
On The Way 
Yikes! Was the driving okay up top? Looks a little dicey.
Always good to have Mr. “I learned to drive in northern Idaho” at the wheel!
