On The Way 
I love these little green castle cauliflowers! Wish they didn’t cost so much more than regular cauliflower at the Food Coop. I made a yummy cauliflower, onion, potato, carrot curry for dinner tonight – no recipe, just threw in stuff that needed to be used up, added spices, a can of diced tomatoes and a bit of broccoli and a baby zucchini at the end. Boiled some frozen shrimp for accompanying protein. Believe me I only cook like this about twice a month. Mostly my meals are much less imaginative.
