This is Roger and me twirling my new desk around, but I’m not sure who that big hand belongs to. And WHERE was that big hand when we really needed a hand???
Update: Yesterday Roger and I put together 6 “Billys” and a “Benno”. How, you ask? We bribed ourselves by agreeing if we just put everything together we could then have a big martini and dinner in front of the fire and not even move a muscle. It worked.
Paul came today and fixed Erik the file cabinet, and we are now in a daze of organization, ready for a new week.
On The Way 
Certainly looks like SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED was worth every bit of the effort.
You don’t say anything appreciative about the cleverness of IKEA connection systems–all that neat hardware you get to lay out and count before connecting. Maybe Billy and Benno and Erik (yes, annoying) didn’t HAVE clever connections, only plain screws or something. Too bad. Anyway, loved this glimpse of life in Hull country. Thanks.
