I talked to Karen on the phone this morning, and I said I was uninspired blog-wise today. She said …”Go to the west side of the Church Street bridge over Pringle Creek, and look down. You’ll like it…” I did go, and I DID like it…you?
So glad you captured this impromptu art….but must add that when I first saw the fish his eye was white with a black rock eyeball; strangely, just the addition of that black rock gave him a more realistic look.
When I went by Friday afternoon even the white of his eye had washed away, leaving a more abstract, and to me greatly diminished, fish.
Perhaps the artist will return, I’ll stay on the case.
Love this kind of thing! Creative minds at work with what is at hand!
I like it! Finally a salmon sighting in the creek. It’s been many years (perhaps 30 +) since I’ve seen them return..
Neat! Now, if it weren’t for the blog…
…but it’s in the middle of the creek…deep and fast moving…wonder how they got there?
So glad you went for the inspiration! Made me smile this morning!
someone made a fish! cool! (sloy & nic)
Love it!.Looks salmon like, but probably better classified as “rockfish”.
Oh Bruce…tooo funny…rockfish indeed. xo
