Thanks readers, for all the good birthday wishes. It was a busy week last week including a few meetings (possibly you can tell where I was sitting?)…
and here’s my ukulele teacher Ron with HIS birthday present (the day before)…an electronic bass ukulele! Rock on…(and he will)
Sharon and I went to ukulele “graduation” (well..it’s only 8 weeks but…) and had fun…the guy in Johnny-Cash-black dressed up to sing “Folsom Prison”…
we’ve decided it’s too much fun, so we re-upped for 8 more weeks…
Will Bragg and Mary Lou Zeek came by to take some pictures of the studio for a book Mary Lou is doing…
I had to wear my boots in the snow,
but got to lie in bed and watch the flakes slowly floating down after midnight…
…and then the actual day which began with my free coffee…
a trip to the beach for a uke jam at Cascade head and dinner with friends…
presents…
The contents of this box describe why I love my husband…He has stuff like this in his desk drawer and knows when to take it out and how to arrange it.
…roaring off into a new year…
Add my birthday wishes to those of your other admiring readers.
Your “artist’s eye” messages are gifts to us all.
Have a wonderful year. Irene
Hope you had a good one!
