We dropped in to see George and Phyllis yesterday and after a LOT of laughing and a cup of coffee, we went to the studio. Painter George Johanson has been commissioned to paint a painting for the newly renovated Oregon Department of Transportation Building in Salem. The painting is all done and is SMASHING…but under wraps until its dedication in the fall. I just can’t resist showing you a detail though, as well as a photo of George in front of the painting months ago when the color was first put down…no kidding, you’re going to love it!
