I’m not posting much on the garden this year, though it is beautiful..BUT…the tree peony deserves a post EVERY year…and with all the warm weather this week she’s just about to burst open…
Bonnie,
So enjoy reading your missives. We are “road tripping” noting the contrast between your voluptuous Chinese peony and stark yucca. Our Medford yellow tree peonies always remind me of tissue flowers we created in high school for spring dances…only MUCH finer. Greetings to you and Roger,
Jean BC
So beautiful! I wish I had a green thumb. One of the last time I ever saw my niece, who died about a year and a half ago (she loved to garden) gave me two peonies. One of them died, but the other one is coming up. Any tips on giving it tender loving care? Sun or shade? It’s in the shade now.
Beautiful tree peony, I have one exactly like yours in my backyard! I love its beauty and its wonder fragrance!
