I’m mucking out my studio in earnest these days as December is underway…move out in December, move into new space in January…sorting, tossing…keep/save?  Dilemmas.  And slow because, as usual, thing have a way of popping up…Here’s Susan’s photo of 2018 when things were tidy for an Open Studio…

but several exhibits later I’ve tossed through this space and stashed stuff everywhere

Boxes are slowly getting packed

except things keep surfacing…old work…

Things that didn’t sell at the “fire sale”…and I can see why, mostly…but…
“It’s Raining in Isleton” from 2006?

and just…well..stuff…

until finally it’s time to go home and take the afternoon walk…today we went to the creek…

and while I was making my picturesque shot we noticed a message on the bridge railing…

and so we headed home through the late light with sunset coming so early…

TGIF…which doesn’t have much meaning anymore…

  1. Where are you moving to? Loved your blog today as I like to know what you are up to. Lovely weather for walks.

  2. Creative messes, older work – hard to get rid of because there are always new possibilities for this stuff even though we don’t know what it is right this minute:)
