One afternoon we went out to Altesino vineyard to see the wine-making set-up there. We’d been there in 2008 and were amazed at the increase in production…the site is still amazingly beautiful…not unlike our own Oregoon wine country…
except for the cypresses that signal Tuscany…
The wood barrels first…
I really liked the oak leaf graphic…
and then on to the stainless tanks
…our nice guide explained EVERYTHING to us, but luckily I can’t remember anything…
and it WAS a photo op moment for sure
…but I DO remember that the wine was good!!
Wine, cypresses, hill country, I want to be there. Sigh, someday soon….
