Summer was a long time coming this year, but it’s in full swing at the beach…perfect day after perfect day…
We haven’t been here too much this summer for a few reasons, and when we’re here we’re usually on one of the patios
so imagine my surprise when I actually stepped into the back yard and discovered a…well..a little deferred maintenance problem on the shed roof….oops…
