A varied sort of day today…art/babies/friends/family…picked up my Madras show work from Coralee and got to see the piece she bought, installed…”Tron”…looking good…
Downtown to catch Sue-Del McCulloch and Katy McFadden talk about their work on view at Waterstone Gallery…
but I couldn’t get past Katy’s beautiful and expressive hands…
Or Alexander’s cautious flirtation…
A quick dash by 12×16 to see Lee Ann Slawson’s photos and Cary Doucette’s red wood piece…
and off to the grandbaby shower…lovely fun…
Sidney is almost here…
and on home…
Art and babies what else is there. Wonderful photos.
Thank you for sharing the photos of Sue-Del and Katy’s talk. I had hoped to attend and was happy to find your description. Stunning work, beautiful show.
Looking at this joyous gathering of loving anticipation (ie: baby shower), Sidney is one very fortunate little boy about to arrive among you. Your glorious photographs always thrill. Photo study of Katy’s hands, the fab photo through the coffee house window, ALL in fact, are so fine. Thanks.
– glad you saw the show but sorry i missed you, yet again
